They are tough for a lot of people. For employees and for business owners. I think that the best way to overcome that is to acknowledge that a recessions are part of the economic cycle and to prepare yourself so that when one hits .. so that you are not only protected but so that you are also in the position to take advantage of the opportunities that may arise during a recession. It is a known fact that during the 1980s crash that yes a lot of ppl lost a lot of money. But during that time, the people that were cashed up made a killing of money. Buying properties and business's for cents in the dollar!! I pray that I don't lose my job because I know I will lose everything I own after that if I'm not able to find another one within 30 days.
