I'm three years out of college and feel like I'm still trying to manage the meager budget. One thing I know I need to curb is my clothes spending. It's what I do when I'm bored or depressed or what not. My first year in the real world, I spent my hard earned funds at Target and Nordstrom Rack for work clothes and moved into a house with a few guys I knew. After a few years I'm still living there, but ready to forge out on my own. It's just tough to make that leap and start paying over double what my current rent is and know I'll also need to purchase furniture. Great advice!
