Ive loved Verizon all around for a while now but Ihave heard from others that their CS stinks so there must be something to it. I do agree that depending on what you are looking to get resolved it can get sticky but to avoid all of that I just put them on auto and let it roll. Call up Comcast and threaten to leave.
